I studied B.Sc. Physiotherapy at the University of the Witwatersrand and qualified in 2007. In 2008, I completed my community service at Zola Clinic in Soweto. In 2009, I relocated to KwaZulu-Natal for 3 years where I worked in hands-on private practices with both out-patients and hospital patients.

 

In November 2011, I moved back to Roodepoort and I took over a physiotherapy practice in Helderkruin. I then moved my practice down Ontdekkers Road in August 2015. I have completed many courses over the years, these include: Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy, Dry needling, Kinesio taping, Dynamic taping, Active isolated stretching, Mulligan mobilisation, Running dynamics and Stroke rehabilitation.

 

I am also an avid runner and have completed 3 Comrades marathons. I've recently taken up a sport called Disc Golf and have represented South Africa in Lithuania at the Worlds Team event in 2026.
